• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, will be handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packed using specialized cold-chain insulation and are dispatched Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.
